His main research area is understanding and modelling complex human-centric systems comprising people and technology and eliciting and representing requirements for such systems. The method of his research group is an actor-centric approach where a problem domain is addressed from the interaction, information and behaviour perspectives, which are respectively geared towards understanding and representing social, informational and psychological aspects.

Mari-Liisa Parder

She works in the Centre for Ethics as a Reseach Fellow in Ethics and Research Projects Coordinator. Her responsibilities include coordination of different science projects and carrying out research related to research integrity. She is interested in adolescents’alcohol consumption practices, but also in research integrity, research ethcis, transparency and freedom of information.
